We collect nothing.

MidHeaven does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data on KenshoTek's servers or infrastructure. There are no servers. There is no KenshoTek infrastructure involved in the operation of this application. All data — professional profiles, birth information, strategic window calculations, AI conversations, and organizational notes — lives exclusively on the device running the application.

SwiftData. Keychain. Local only.

All application data is persisted using Apple's SwiftData framework, which stores data locally on the device in the application's private container. This data is:

• ◈Not synced to iCloud or any cloud service
• ◈Not accessible to other applications on the device
• ◈Encrypted at rest by the iOS/iPadOS system
• ◈Deleted permanently when the application is uninstalled

Your Anthropic API key — used to power the Intelligence layer — is stored exclusively in the iOS Keychain. It is never transmitted to KenshoTek and never leaves the device except in direct, encrypted requests to Anthropic's API endpoints.

Only Anthropic. Only when queried.

The only external service MidHeaven communicates with is Anthropic's API, and only when you explicitly submit a query in the Intelligence screen. This communication:

• ◈Occurs only on explicit user action — never in background
• ◈Transmits only the query text and constructed system context to Anthropic
• ◈Uses your organization's API key — not a KenshoTek-managed key
• ◈Is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy (anthropic.com/privacy)
• ◈Does not transmit names, birth data, or identifying profile information unless you include them in your query text

All ephemeris calculations, strategic window analysis, and team field reporting run entirely on-device using compiled Swift code. No external API is called for these functions.

Apple Business Manager.

MidHeaven is distributed exclusively through Apple Business Manager (ABM) to qualifying organizations. It is not available on the public App Store. Distribution through ABM means:

• ◈Installation is managed by the organization's IT administrator
• ◈App Store account information is not required or collected
• ◈No consumer Apple ID data is associated with the application
• ◈License management is handled at the organizational level through Apple

Enterprise only.

MidHeaven is designed exclusively for enterprise and institutional use by professional organizations. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from minors.
